1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NotionGlaze ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

NotionGlaze provides a platform that transforms Notion pages into high-performance websites. The Service includes content synchronization, asset optimization, hosting, and customization tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Notion account credentials used to access the Service. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. NotionGlaze utilizes OAuth 2.0 to access your Notion workspace securely and does not store your direct password.

4. Subscription and Billing

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payments: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). You agree to pay the fees applicable to your subscription plan.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain all rights and ownership of the content you create in Notion and publish via NotionGlaze. By using the Service, you grant NotionGlaze a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the website service to your audience.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, threatening, or obscene content.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Engage in phishing or fraudulent activities.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotionGlaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, profits, or business reputation, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
