1. Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with NotionGlaze. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- The request is made within 14 days of the initial subscription start date.
- The subscription has not been significantly utilized to engage in abusive behavior (e.g. spamming).
- Refunds are generally not available for monthly renewal charges if you failed to cancel before the renewal date, unless required by local law.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction ID or the email associated with your account. Alternatively, you can utilize the Paddle.com self-service links provided in your purchase confirmation email.
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method. This duration depends on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing settings. Upon cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free/trial state or be paused.
6. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all returns and refund processing directly in accordance with this policy.
