• Payment Information: All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com. We do not store your full credit card number or bank details. We only store the subscription status and transaction IDs.

Encryption: Sensitive data like your Notion Access Token is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption before storage.

Infrastructure: Our services are hosted on Cloudflare's secure global network. We leverage their enterprise-grade security protections.

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary:

• Paddle: For payment processing and order management.
• Cloudflare: For hosting, database, and content delivery networking.
• Notion: We interact with the Notion API on your behalf.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can revoke NotionGlaze's access to your Notion workspace at any time via Notion's settings or our dashboard. Upon account deletion, all your synchronised content and tokens are permanently removed from our databases.

7. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
